Return & Refund Policy

At Simcard Canggu, we want you to have the best experience with our SIM cards in Bali.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase if the SIM card has not been activated.
  • Once a SIM card has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Defective or Non-Working SIM Cards

  • If your SIM card is defective or not working upon arrival, please contact us immediately at bestsimcardbali@gmail.com.
  • We will replace the defective SIM card at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Activated SIM cards
  • SIM cards with physical damage caused by the customer

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at bestsimcardbali@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 1 business day.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
