At Simcard Canggu, we want you to have the best experience with our SIM cards in Bali.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase if the SIM card has not been activated.
- Once a SIM card has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Defective or Non-Working SIM Cards
- If your SIM card is defective or not working upon arrival, please contact us immediately at bestsimcardbali@gmail.com.
- We will replace the defective SIM card at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
- Activated SIM cards
- SIM cards with physical damage caused by the customer

- Our team will respond within 1 business day.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
